Return & Refund Policy

At Digital Detox, we want you to have a smooth, satisfying, and stress-free shopping experience. While we put every effort into ensuring your books arrive in perfect condition, we understand that there may be occasional issues. That’s why we offer a No-Questions-Asked 3-Day Return & Refund Policy for eligible orders.


🔄 Easy Returns – Simple & Transparent

You may initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged or defective book.
  • You received the wrong book/title.
  • There are  printing issues that affect readability.

📌 Please Note:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, reader preference, or minor cover/page blemishes that don’t affect readability. Returns will not be accepted beyond the 3-day window under any circumstances.


📦 How to Place a Return Request

  1. Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Submit your return request via our support link:  [Insert Return Request Link]
  3. For assistance, contact us via WhatsApp or call our support team at  [Your Support Number] (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  4. We strongly recommend recording an  unboxing video when opening the package and returning the product.

    Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a  pickup within 72 hours (3 days).



🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges except in cases of damaged or incorrect books. If eligible, you may request an exchange for the same title by contacting our support.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned book reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check.

For Prepaid Orders:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g. UPI, card, wallet) within 3-4 business days after quality approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • You will receive a refund link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
  • Follow the instructions in the link:

 

  1. Verify your identity with an OTP.
  2. Enter your  bank details or UPI ID.
  3. Submit to receive your refund.
  4. Refunds are processed within  24 hours after you submit your details.

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  2. Cancellations are  not accepted after your order has been processed or dispatched.
  3. Refunds for prepaid cancellations may take  5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

🎨 Color & Description Disclaimer

We aim to represent all product visuals and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  1. Lighting and photography settings
  2. Screen or display differences
  3. Minor differences in print runs or formatting
